Content: The Internet Services team is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, client focused, sales enthusiast to fill the role of
SALES MANAGER
(based in Vilnius).
The Sales Manager will have responsibility for their accounts, and will be responsible for developing the business through tactical and strategic actions.
Main responsibilities:
- Direct sales calls (telemarketing), mailings, meetings and presentations. Create and deliver customized “standard” presentations.
- Assesand identify customer needs, effectively handle objections, close sales.
- Support and grow relationships with client base to ensure retention of business through proactive, quality customer service, and through the identification and pursuit of ongoing upsell opportunities.
- Drive, support and inspire Sales Team performance in line with sales targets and business objectives.
This position requires experience managing relationships, client programs and projects.
The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:
- Solid sales experience required for non-technical products.
- Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem solving skills when making decisions.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent inter-personal and sales related experience.
- Exceptional organizational and supervisory skills.
- Ability to act independently with minimal or no supervision.
- Ability to communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently.
- 2-4 years demonstrated success in strong revenue production in sales is required.
Disciplined SELF-STARTER with good organizational and time management skills WANTED!

Salary structure - fixed part + bonuses. Negotiable.
